| 摘 要： | 本文根据相关研究,本着系统性与独立性相结合、理论与实践相结合、教学与管理相结合、全程与阶段相结合、继承与创新相结合的原则,从创新教育管理体制、创新师资队伍建设、创新教育模式和方式方法、创新教学内容四个方面入手,构建了以大学生形势政策课、生涯规划课、就业指导课为主要内容的大学生创新教育理论的课程教学体系,在具体实施过程中取得了良好的效果。
