| 摘 要： | 为研究锁阳煎剂对大鼠心肌自由基代谢的影响，将48只雄性Wister大鼠随机分成安静对照组、运动对照组、安静给药组、运动给药组。服药组大鼠服用锁阳煎剂，7周后对大鼠进行力竭处理，测定心肌超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、总抗氧化能力（T—AOC）和丙二醛（MDA）等指标。结果显示：心肌超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和总抗氧化能力（T—AOC）的活性均有显著性升高，心肌丙二醛（MDA）含量显著性降低。结论：锁阳煎荆具有保护心肌免受自由基损伤的功能。
