| 摘 要： | 针对怀化市自然保护区分类不清、保护目标不明确以及保护区建设管理过程中所出现的问题等情况,参照自然保护联盟分类系统,结合怀化市自然保护区的实际情况将保护区按照管理目标进行了全面、系统的分类,并提出了怀化市自然保护区管理体制改革的几点建议,以增强保护区生物多样性保护的能力,实现怀化市自然保护区以及当地经济、社会的健康发展.

| Abstract: | In view of existing sutuations such as the classification of nature reserves is not clear,the protected object is not definite and there are some problems in the prosess of management,consulting the classification of international union for the conservation of nature and natural resources and integrating with the actural conditions of nature reserves of Huaihau,this paper made a comprehensive and systemic classification according to the management objectives.It also made suggestions for the reform of management system of nature reserves of Huaihua,in order to enhance the capacity of biodiversity protection and realize the sound development of nature reserves,local economy and society. |
