| Abstract: | The loss of talented persons is more serious than soil erosion. As a main factor in productivity, personnel resource plays a very important role in the development of enterprises. Through a thorough investigation on and analysis of the loss of talented persons in non-state enterprises in Gannan minorities area, this paper puts forward some possible solutions, aiming to make them stay and contribute to the development of the enterprises. |
