| 摘 要： | 当前关于高等教育质量问题的争议之所以难以取得共识,直接的原因是缺乏具有公信力的高等教育质量评价,深层的原因则在于我国根本就没有建立起高等教育质量评价体系。因此,构建我国高等教育目标系统,建立多主体、多层次的高等教育质量评价工作体系势在必行。

| Abstract: | Why there are lots of disputes on the higher educational quality because lack of the evaluation on higher educational quality with public confidence.The deeper reason lies in that we have not built the evaluation system of higher educational quality.Therefore,it is necessary for us to build the objective system of higher education and the working system with multiple subjects and levels. |
