数控机床的电磁兼容设计

摘    要:从电磁兼容的电磁原理出发,分析了电磁辐射、传导耦合和瞬态场等干扰信号的传输和影响途径,介绍了数控机床电磁兼容设计的思想和几种常用的方法。结果表明,由于采用了电磁兼容设计,从而提高了数控机床系统工作的稳定性。

Abstract:This articles starts from electromagnetic principle of electronmagnetic compatibility,and analyzes the transmission of interference signals and influent ways of electromagnetic radiation,conducted coupling and transient field,and introduces the electromagnetic compatible design of CNC machine tools and several widely used methods.The result shows that the stability of CNC machine tools system is improved by adopted the design of EMC.
