摘    要:知识是企业的不可或缺的资源,知识管理的目标就是使知识资源得到优化和有效配置。知识人、企业知识人假说的提出为实现企业知识资源的优化与配置中的多层次、多维度的转移和共享奠定了基础。章还进一步运用系统动力学的方法探讨了在知识人、企业知识人假说条件下的知识管理过程。

Abstract:Knowledge is the resource which enterprises can't lack,the objective of knowledge management is to make knowledge resource optimized and allocated efficiently.The hypothesis of persons with knowledge and persons with knowledge of enterprises lays the foundations of transfer and sharing of multilevel and multidimension for the realization of the optimization and allocation of enterprise knowledge resource,the paper discusses knowlegge management process under the condition of the hypothesis of persons with knowledge and persons with knowledge of enterprises further using the method of system dynamics.
