| 摘 要： | “学历＋技能”型农民大学生的培养应根据“以用为本，强化生产实践技能训练”的原则，改革实践性教学，重点培养创新、创业的新型农民。以湖州市为例，结合“学历＋技能”型农民大学生培养模式试点的现状，针对“学历＋技能”型农民大学生实践教学中存在的问题，应采取以下对策：在办学理念上重视实践教学，规范实践教学的过程管理，加强实践教学师资队伍的建设，创新实践基地建设途径。
