| 摘 要： | 后殖民文学代表作家维·苏·奈保尔的作品大多被当作后殖民、流散文学的典型研究对象。细读其作品，发现奈保尔的文学创作不同程度地存在着自然主义倾向。文章以奈保尔的短篇代表小说集《米格尔大街》为分析对象，揭示其文学创作中真实性的写作原则、文学作品中人的原始兽性的本能表现、被动的环境决定论以及题材上“穷人的诗篇”的选择等等写作特色。
