| Abstract: | Credit is the elemental factor in modern society. The phenomenon of being short of credit is widely presence, which has been destroying the whole social and economic order, and raising the governance cost of whole society. So, at present, how to reform the credit system of society and set up a newly scientific, normal, efficient credit system is an important theme for the social and economic development of China. |
