| 摘 要： | 彭德怀同志曾长期战斗工作在西北地区。在此期间，彭德怀针对西北地区的实际以及自己工作的体验，形成了系统的民族思想。他的民族思想主要由以下几部分组成：坚持民族平等和民族团结，实行民族区域自治；尊重少数民族的风俗习惯、宗教信仰和语言文字：大力培养民族干部；在民族宗教人士中开展民族统战工作；重视发展西北民族地区的经济。这几个部分有机结合在一起，不仅对当时在西北地区开展民族工作有极大的指导作用，而且对今天进行西北地区经济建设亦有重要的参考价值。

| Abstract: | General PENG De-huai had ever fought and worked in North-west. During this period, his systematic thoughts about ethnics had become into being to aim at the facts of the North-west and his working experiences. His thoughts are mostly composed of five parts, that follows as insisting on equality of ethnic groups and unity of ethnic groups, carrying out autonomy of national minority regions; respecting the customs, the faith and the language of ethnic groups; bringing up cadres of ethnic groups vigorously; developing the United Front depending on ethnic circles and religious circles; thinking much of developing the economy in the North-west. These parts unite together with each other, not only having a huge guidance in developing the ethnic affairs, but also an important reference value in putting up today's economy development in the North-west. |
