| 摘 要： | 近年来随着金融全球化的日益发展 ,全球商业银行业的变革与调整进程正在加快 ,我国银行业面临着更加激烈的国际竞争。同时 ,加入世贸组织也将对我国银行体制产生重大影响。然而 ,中国商业银行业的整体素质在很多方面还无法适应金融全球化的要求和不断变化的市场环境。因此 ,国内银行业就必须通过深化金融改革 ,进一步推进银行体系的重组与再造 ,充实资本实力 ,创新金融工具 ,培育现代银行业务体系 ,完善银行服务功能 ,提高自身的国际竞争力 ,从而跟上金融全球化的时代潮流

| Abstract: | With the increasing development of financial globalization in recent years,the process of reform and adjustment of global commercial banks is accelerating;thereby china's banking sector is faced with more furious interenational competition.At the same time,China's entering into WTO will also exert a tremendous influence on the bank system.However,the overall quality of China's commercial banks cannot meet the requirements of financial globalization or the changing market enviroment.Therefore,China's banking sector must promote the re construction and recreation of the banking system,replenish the stock of capital,innovate financial instruments,cultivate modern banking business system,perfect the bank's service function,enhance its own international competitive power through deepening of financial reform as to keep up with the current of financial globalization. |
