| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法,对西安市部分高校中年男教师的健康状况和体育健身情况进行调查分析。结果发现:中年男教师自我保健意识淡薄,健康状况堪忧;体育健身意识较好,但对锻炼时间及方法了解不够,锻炼行为滞后。并提出相关对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Through the research methods of questionnaire investigation and expert interview,research of health and physical exercises of middle-aged male teachers in institutes and universities in Xi'an city were conducted.It was shown that the middle-aged male teachers lacked health keeping awareness and appropriate exercise methods.Corresponding measures were put forward. |
