| 摘 要： | 2004年国际摔联对国际式摔跤竞赛规则进行了修改。竞赛的规则引导着技术的发展,通过对2004年全国男、女自由式摔跤总决赛进行了技术统计,对规则改变后技术发生的变化进行了研究,分析与讨论自由式摔跤技、战术的发展趋势。规则的改变给摔跤运动带来巨大的变化,也将继续引导着摔跤运动朝着更加激烈精彩,对抗性更强的方向发展。使自由式摔跤由过去的跪撑角斗为主要得分手段转变为以站立角斗为主的技术趋势。

| Abstract: | FILA revise the world wrestling contest rule in 2004. The rule of the contest is guiding the development of technology, but there are no relevant documents with training the influence produced to carry on analysis and research to teaching to the change of the rules and regulations of wrestling at home at present. Through carrying on technology to count to the free style wrestling finals of national ladies and gentlemen of 2004, the change that technology took place has carried on research after changing to the rule. It prepare offer some reference and advise to train for coach.athlete to aim at 2006 Asian Games and 2008 Olympic Games. |
