摘    要:课堂教学到底缺什么?从课堂片段中失真的声音、褪色的故事、变味的"奖励"可以看到课堂教学的缺失归根结底在于忽视人的存在。由于缺乏对人的关注,生命意义和生活价值被忽略,人的生存与发展价值也因此被漠视。人是价值的存在,课堂教学改革要以价值关怀为路向,通过对人的终极关怀和现实关怀,实现教育的"成人"与"成事"。

Abstract:What is lacking in classroom teaching? In the classroom, there is so much unreal voice, fade story, deceptive "reward". These imperfect segments resulted from lack of the concern to the person. So the meaning of life and the value of living will be neglected, and the person's existence and development as well. Human being is an existence of value. Reform of classroom teaching should choose a route of values concern. In order to realize the educational goals of "to be a human being" and "to accomplish anything", both of ultimate concern and the reality should be concerned with.
