| 摘 要： | 终身教育思想凝结着法国人的贡献,法国又努力将终身教育的理念付诸于实践.法国终身教育以正规学校教育机构为基础,倡导个人、企业、国家和地方政府的共同参与,并建立了比较完善的法律保障体系,特别是能力认证机制的建立,有利于真正实现终身教育和构建学习化社会.

| Abstract: | French people have contributed much to the idea of lifelong education and now they are making efforts to put the idea into practice. French lifelong education is based on formal educational institutions, advocates the participation of individuals, corporations and local governments. It has established a fairly complete legal protection system. Its capacity-building authentication system, in particular, is conducive to achieve the goal of lifelong education and learning society. |
