| 摘 要： | 该菌分泌物有溶血性、细胞毒性和肠毒素毒性，毒性实验证实嗜水气单胞菌外分泌物对小白鼠和中华鳖有较高的致死毒性．层析纯化得到的1种蛋白质有上述3种毒性和致死性．

| Abstract: | A. hydrophila produces extracellular proteins which showed hacmolytic, cy-tolytlc and enterotoxic activitics. An extracelluar protein was purified through DEAE-cel-lulose and Sephadex column chromatography. The protein also show haemolytic, cytolytic and enteroloxic aclivities. Experiments proved that this extracellular protein (Exotoxin) is an important factor for the pathogenesis of the organism. |
