| Abstract: | This article establishes MarKov forecast model for residential sales market and sales share of different housing layout by using MarKov chain forecast theory.This model has been proved convenient and practical.The forecast results conforme to the actual market situation and provides a scientific basis for the investment and the choice of housing layout for developers. |
