| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料和调查访谈等研究方法，对民族传统体育专业人才市场和社会岗位需求状况以及高校民族传统体育专业课程设置进行调查、研究与分析。研究结果表明：随着当前我国民族传统体育产业的迅速发展和健身需求的不断增加，社会对民族传统体育专业人才的需求量有所增加，并且为民族传统体育专业人才提供了较为广阔的就业空间。但目前高等院校的课程设置状况有待于改革与创新，只有以市场为导向，与社会需求接轨，才能在服务于社会中实现人才培养目标的定位。

| Abstract: | By literature review and investigation, the paper makes an analysis of situation of National Traditional sports professionals market and job requirement, and also the settlement of curriculum of social sports in colleges. It shows the National Traditional sport professionals will have broad employment vacuum based on the need of fitness and development of National Traditional sports industry. However, it needs innovation and reform to make comprehensive curriculum settlement led by market and social needs, to implement the target of professionals training and to serve the society. |
