| 摘 要： | 以档案利用范围为媒介,档案管理的价值取向成为影响管用关系的支配性因素,有什么样的价值取向,就有什么样的管用关系以及相应的档案管理范式.随着我国社会的转型,档案管理价值取向也发生变化,从"国家"转向"社会",并最终导致档案管理范式的转换.
