| 摘 要： | 针对高职院校学生文化基础薄弱、专业技能缺乏、创新创业能力不足等问题,通过基于专业教育和创新创业教育融合的人才培养模式,建立学校基于"专创融合"的"三阶递进、三位一体"的人才培养模式,通过改革多元化的考评机制,培养学生的专业技能、创新精神、创业意识和职业素养,实现高职院校创新应用型人才培养的目的。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems of weak academic foundation,lack of professional skills,and insufficient innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students in higher vocational colleges,and based on the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,the school has established a"three-level progressive and three-in-one"talent training model.Through the reform of diversified evaluation mechanism,we can cultivate students'professional skills,innovative spirit,entrepreneurial consciousness and professionalism,and realize the purpose of cultivating innovative and applied talents in higher vocational colleges. |
