| 摘 要： | 医学教育是培养医学人才必不可少的环节,传统的医学教育模式存在一定的弊端,为了提高教学质量,各医学院校在不断探索和实践新的教育方式。通过借鉴国外的导师制,并将其应用于临床医学本科生教育中,各医学高校在积累了相关经验的同时,也认识到仍有许多问题需要解决。随着实践的不断深入和制度的不断完善,能看到临床医学本科生导师制带来的成效,在临床医学本科生中应用导师制的意义,以及本科生导师制在临床医学教学中实践的成效与问题,以期为培养更多的医学人才提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Medical education is an essential link in cultivating medical talents.However,there are some drawbacks in the traditional medical education model.In order to improve the teaching quality,medical colleges and universities are constantly exploring and practicing new education methods.By learning from foreign tutorial system and applying it to undergraduate clinical medicine education,medical colleges and universities have accumulated relevant experience in the process of exploration and practice,and they have realized that there still exists problems to be solved.With the deepening of practice and the continuous improvement of the institution,we can see the effectiveness of the tutorial system for clinical medical undergraduates,the significance of the application of the tutorial system in clinical medical undergraduates,and the effectiveness and problems of the practice of the tutorial system in clinical medical teaching,so as to provide help for the cultivation of more medical talents. |
