| 摘 要： | 美国社会维权系统为高校招生提供了较为公平的外部环境,使其可以围绕科学选才进行制度设计。对考生进行合理的综合评价是高校招生制度走向科学选才的方向。当招生制度需要由自身的制度设计维护公平时,其选才的科学性会受到限制。因此,我国高校招生制度要提高科学性,须提高司法程序的刚性,完善法律法规,增强社会维权系统对公平的维护能力。
