| 摘 要： | 动用文献和系统科学的方法，对建立体育锻炼学的条件，体育锻炼与体育教学、运动训练、运动竞赛、关系及其在体育运动中的地位；体育锻炼学体育科学体育中的地位进行探讨，指出：体育锻炼与体育教学、运动训练、运动竞赛同处体育运动的应用技术层次，构成完整的体育运动技术系统。体育锻炼有着相对独立的运动形态和理论、方法体系。体育锻炼学是探讨体育锻炼理论与方法的一门体育应用技术学科。

| Abstract: | By the means of authoritative research theses and science system, the essay analyses the condition of establishing the science of physical training, the position in the system of physical science and the relations among physical training, physical teaching, sports training and sports competition which are at the same layer of applied science and form the whole sports technology system. Physical training which has its own sports form and theory and system is an applied technical subject of physical education. |
