| 摘 要： | 针对目前有些地方政府及其所属部门滥用行政权力干扰正常的交易，限制分平竞争以及对不正当竞争行为漠视与放任行为，论述了其主要表现，分析了问题产生的根源和危害性后果，提出了改进建议。

| Abstract: | According to some local government and its affiliated departments'incorrect behavior such as abusing administrative authority,disturbing proper trade,restricting fair competition and ignoring the unfair competition,the author expounds the main expression of such behavior and analyzes the cause of the problem and the consequent results.The papers also proposes some suggestions. |
