| 摘 要： | ] 加强教师队伍建设是职业学校发义和历史意义.为社会培养高素质的一线劳动者,促进经济又好又快发展;承担农村劳动力的培训,促进农村城市化进程;实现社会公平、促进社会和谐.但是,目前中职教师队伍基础还比较薄弱,教师数量严重不足,教师的结构不合理,教师职业道德水平下降,教师的理论与实践脱节.因此,要加强教师队伍的政治思想教育,提高职业道德水平;优化教师队伍结构;建章立制,依法办事,保障教师权益;加强对教师队伍的培训,提高教师综合素质.
