| 摘 要： | 本文提出建立高职院校大学生心理健康咨询的三级预防干预体系的运行模式,以改变目前主要以教师或专业心理咨询人员为中心的辅导咨询模式,建立以学生为主体,教师或心理咨询师为主导的面向全体大学生的心理健康咨询体系,让学生充分挖掘自身的能量,自我认识,自我成长,真正达到对大学生心理问题的预防与干预目的。

| Abstract: | This article proposes the mode of precaution and interference system, aiming to change the present teacher-centred or consultant-centred consulting mode into a student-centred system, with the teacher or consultant as the facilitator. This psychological consulting system is geared to the needs of all vocational technological college students, helps the students to realize their own power in the long process of growing up, and thus achieve the goal of psychological precaution and interference. |
