| 摘 要： | 职业教育是培育新型职业农民的有效途径。从宏观层面来看,职业教育可有效促进区域经济发展,推动乡村振兴进程;从微观层面来看,职业教育是培养新型职业农民最有效、成本最低的一种方式。但当前在培育新型职业农民进程中,还存在诸如培育对象识别机制不精确、内生动力不足、供需矛盾显著、考核机制不够健全等现实困境,导致传统农民向新型职业农民角色转变乏力。推进新型职业农民培育,需从健全精准识别机制,分层分类聚焦培养;完善内生动力机制,增强自我发展能力;健全职业教育培训体系,解决供需矛盾关系;实施第三方考核机制,提升职业教育精准培养效能四个方面着力,共同推进新型职业农民角色转型。

| Abstract: | Vocational education is an effective way to cultivate new professional farmers. From the macro level, vocational education can effectively promote the development of regional economy and promote the process of rural revitalization;from the micro level, vocational education is the most effective and lowest cost way to cultivate new professional farmers. However, in the current process of cultivating new-type professional farmers, there are still some practical difficulties, such as the inaccurate identification mechanism of cultivating objects, the lack of endogenous power, the significant contradiction between supply and demand, and the imperfect assessment mechanism, which lead to the lack of transformation from traditional farmers to new-type professional farmers. In order to promote the cultivation of new-type professional farmers, we need to improve the accurate identification mechanism, focus on the cultivation of different levels and classifications, improve the endogenous power mechanism, enhance the ability of self-development, improve the vocational education and training system, solve the contradiction between supply and demand, implement the third-party assessment mechanism, and improve the precision cultivation efficiency of vocational education, so as to jointly promote the role transformation of new-type vocational farmers. |
