摘    要:在国家对高职院校走内涵式发展道路有关政策的指引下,各高职院校纷纷从自身实际出发探索适合自身发展需求的内涵式发展道路。北京京北职业技术学院以教案质量提升工程为抓手对高职院校内涵式发展道路进行了探索和实践。实践表明,深入、持续性的教案质量提升工程不仅促进了教师教案撰写水平的提升,而且还促进了教师教学水平、育人质量的提升,使教师的教学状态趋于理想化水平。

Abstract:Under the guidance of the state policies on vocational college connotative development path,all higher vocational colleges have explored the connotative development path suitable for their own development needs.Northern Beijing Vocational Education Institute explored and practiced the connotative development path of higher vocational colleges relying on the quality improvement project of teaching plans.Practice shows that the in-depth and continuous improvement project of teaching plans not only improves teachers'teaching plans,but improves teachers'teaching level and quality of education,and the teaching state of teachers tends to be idealized.
