| 摘 要： | “产教融合,校企合作”是高职院校的主要人才培养模式,是高职院校能否培养出服务地方经济建设的应用型高素质人才的关键。抚顺职业技术学院汽车检测与维修技术专业积极探索实践“产教融合,校企合作”的人才培养模式,共创生产性教学实训基地,共建产学研高水平师资队伍,培育学生工匠精神,培养适合社会发展需求的高素质技术技能人才。
