| 摘 要： | 2008年常州电大在参与"母亲素质工程"建设过程中获得了开展社区教育的经验。电大在社区教育人力资源、课程资源两个核心资源建设中能发挥举足轻重的作用,并和其他相关机构共同建设母亲素质教育的系统环境,构建系统结构,完善系统元素,使这项惠民工程初见成效。

| Abstract: | In 2008,Changzhou Radion and TV University participated in the "Mother Quality Project",in the construction of which Changzhou Radion and TV University has acquired the experience of developing community education.Radio and TV University has been playing a major role in constructing two core resoruces,human resources and course resources.Furthermore,radio and TV university,together with the relative governmental organization,has created the systemic atmosphere,has constructed systemic mechanism,and has improved systemic elements for the Mother Quality Education.By means of the common efforts of all pariticipation organizations,the project has gained the initial achievements. |
