| 摘 要： | 亚当.斯密悖论从不同角度对人性作出了周密分析,以此考察公务员的行为,可以发现其身上的“经济人”理性的必然性。因此,只有客观地对待人性,并在人性基础上进行制度设计,有意识地发扬“道德人”理性,才能从根本上促进现代法制的发展。

| Abstract: | Adam Smith's Dense Paradox has made careful analysis on human nature,investigating on government employee's behavior by this theory,it may discover its rational certainty of the "economic person".Only by objective forwards and that carrying out system design on the foundation of human nature,and consciously developing "morals person" reason,can promote the development of modern legal system foundationally. |
