| 摘 要： | 冷战时期,不结盟运动严厉谴责了跨国公司对发展中国家主权的破坏,无情揭露了跨国公司对发展中国家经济的剥削,重点批判了跨国公司与南非少数政权的勾结活动。在此基础上,不结盟运动主张：各国对本国自然资源享有主权和有权对各种企业实行国有化;禁止跨国公司投资战略性经济部门;成立主要商品的生产国协会和跨国公司情报中心;制定跨国公司行动守则。

| Abstract: | As an international organization of developing countries,the Non-Aligned Movement denounced the trample of transnational corporations on the sovereignty of developing countries and disclosed their plunder in economic field,particularly criticized transnational corporations＇ collision with minority government of South Africa during Cold War.Thus it proposed the movement of non-align that each nation enjoyed the sovereignty right on natural resources and enjoyed the privilege of nationalization of enterprises,meanwhile prohibited the investment in the strategically economic departments and establish production countries association for major production countries and intelligence center as well as act rules for transnational corporations. |
