滏阳河衡水段水质污染分析及对策研究

摘    要:通过对滏阳河衡水段水质不同时段和不同监测断面近几年来环境监测数据的研究 ,发现滏阳河衡水段在空间上 ,除非离子氨外 ,总体上表现为进入桃城区出现不断恶化的趋势 ,出桃城区后有所下降 ,非离子氨出桃城区后大幅度上升 ;在时间上 ,总体表现为 1999年后有不同程度的下降。其主要原因为 :城镇工业、居民区的影响 ;农业非点源的影响 ;企业排污的影响等。针对上述影响原因 ,提出了实行污染物排放总量控制 ,实现污水资源化 ,加强农业非点源的控制等一系列退污还清对策

Abstract:By studying the environmental monitoring data produced in recent years, in respect of space we have found that the quality of the water of Fuyang River Hengshui section shows a trend of deterioration after entering Taocheng District in general, except the non-ion ammonia, and after the river coming out of Taocheng District, its non-ion ammonia goes up. In respect of time, we have found that the quality of the river shows a trend of decrease after 1999. The main reasons include the influence of the cities and town industry, the residential areas, the agricultural non-point resources, etc. To counter these reasons we put forward the following countermeasure: control the discharge of the quantity of the pollutant; make the best use of the polluted water; strengthen the control of agricultural non-point resources.
