| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来我国非政府组织获得了较快发展,在以市场化、社会化为取向的公共服务改革中,引入非政府组织将有利于提高公共服务的质量和效率,有利于实现社会公平,有利于满足多元化的社会需求和提高公共服务的回应性。但目前我国非政府组织的发展还不够充分,组织的公共服务能力、组织的公信力和组织筹集社会资本的能力等方面有待进一步提高,这需要政府、非政府组织、社会共同打造一个有利非政府组织发展的良好环境。

| Abstract: | The NGO of our country has a very fast development since reform and opening-up,during the reform of public service taking marketization,socialization as orientation,introduced quality and efficiency that the NGO will help to improve the public service,help to realize the society fairly,to satisfy the pluralistic social demand and response improving the public service.But the development of the NGO of our country is not abundant enough at present,the public service ability,public trust and the ability of raising the social capital,etc.for remaining to improve further,this needs the government,NGO,society to make a good environment of favorable to NGO's development together. |
