| 摘 要： | 国家教育部＂十一五＂规划纲要中明确了＂大力发展职业教育,提高劳动者素质＂的任务,这为高职院校健康有序发展提供了良好契机。本文以SWOT分析为理论基石,结合国内外职业教育的发展现状,从优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个方面对高职院校的发展战略进行分析,并提出制定科学合理的战略目标、提高职业教育基础能力、深化高职院校的教育教学改革、建立和健全规范的管理制度等有利于我国高职院校发展的战略举措。

| Abstract: | The outline of＂The Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂of the Ministry of Education has clearly explained the task of ＂developing vocational education and improving the quality of workers,＂ which provides a good opportunity for the healthy and orderly development of vocational colleges.The paper based on SWOT analysis as the theoretical foundation and internal and external situations of vocational education analyzes the development strategy of vocational colleges from four aspects： strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.It puts forward the reasonable and scientific strategic goal of laying a good foundation for vocational education,deepening the reform in teaching,and establishing the standard management system. |
