| 摘 要： | 文章分析了现代远程开放教育人才培养模式的基本特征．并根据这一特征和人才培养模式诸要素总体要求．提出了广播电视大学现代远程开放教育人才培养模式的基本框架。在人才培养模式基本框架的基础上．系统地阐述了其有浙江电大特色的“五要素”人才培养模式的实践模型及其相应的教学模式、教学管理模式和运行机制。

| Abstract: | This article first brings forward the basic configuration of Modern Open Distance Education Talents Training (MODETT) in radio and television university according to the analysis of the basic features of MODETT as well as the general requirements of the mode. This article then, on the basis of the basic configuration, expounds systematically the practical mode and operating mechanism of MODTT featuring the localized " five elements" in Zhejiang Radio & Television University together with its reform in teaching mode and that of teaching management. |
