| Abstract: | The paper uses three core modules-risk identifying, intelligence monitoring and management action to construct the early warning system of knowledge management risk from the perspective of knowledge capital, and provides the indicators system of early warning with the AHP method which used to indicators ordering, and offers the anti-risk measures in the end. |
