| Abstract: | The paper sums up categories of existing enterprise knowledge management modes, and analyzes their existing problems. It introduces scenario-based knowledge management mode of crystal model, expounds the mode＇s construction idea, systematic architecture and function modules, and finally analyzes the mode advantages and value in construction of enterprise knowledge management mode. |
