| 摘 要： | 网络在方便农村居民经济生活的同时也在深刻改变着农村居民的政治生活。当前农村居民的网络政治参与积极性大大提高,但现实中也存在着一些制约农村居民网络政治参与的因素。政府和社会应该在消除城乡数字鸿沟、完善政府网络立法、建立健全网络舆论引导机制和加强农村居民网络道德教育等方面积极改革和创新,为农村居民网络政治参与创造更好的条件。

| Abstract: | The net not only makes easy the economic life of the rural residents, but changes their political life.Nowadays,the net political participation enthusiasm of the rural residents is greatly improved.However, there still exists with some restricting factors for the rural residents to participate in the net politics.The government and society should actively reform and innovate in eliminating the digital gap between the the urban and rural areas, improving the net legislation,setting up and perfecting the guidance system of the public opinion,and enhancing the the net moral education of the rural residents to create better conditions for the rural resident to participate in the net politics. |
