摘    要:农村小学教师定向培养计划在推动我国农村义务教育发展与城乡教育公平的实现中,发挥着重要而深远的意义。构建合理的实践教学体系,并科学有效地予以贯彻实施,是实现六年制本科农村小学教师定向培养目标的重要环节。

Abstract:Rural primary school teacher training orientation program plays an important role in promoting the realization of equitable education between the urban and rural areas of our country. Reasonable construct the practice teaching system and scientifically and effectively implement it, is an important link to realize the six-year undergraduate rural primary school teacher oriented training target.
