| Abstract: | This article discusses the important role in which force basketball teams play sports circle through document and logic method. It also analyzes the factors that result in the reserve talents' shortage in force and put forward the resalt countermeasures in order to promote the reform of system of fostering the current situation of shortage reserve talents. |
