| 摘 要： | 我国目前掀起了创建学习型城市的热潮,这一热潮的实践源于学习型组织的创建。但学习型城市理论并不是源于学习型组织理论,而是源于终身教育和终身学习的学习型社会的思想。国外学习型组织的理论比较成熟,学习型社会的思想已经形成,学习型社会的理论尚在完善中,而学习型城市理论尚属鲜见。因此,构建学习型城市理论已成当务之急。这里试图从学习型城市的核心和基础的角度对其作一初探。

Primary Inquiry into Theory about Learning City |

| Abstract: | An upsurge of establishment of learning city is set off in our country. The practice of this upsurge comes from the establishment of learning organization, but the theory about learning city does not come from the theory about leaning organization, and it comes from the idea of learning society of lifelong education and learning. The theory about learning organization is comparatively mature overseas, the idea of learning city has formed, and the theory about learning city is in perfection, while the theory about leaning city is still exceptional. Therefore, it is urgent to conceive learning city theory. This paper inquires it from the views of core of learning city and base primarily. |
