并购后的文化整合

摘    要:在兼并和收购中,不论是并购交易完成前还是后,文化差异都是最常被提到的失败的原因。但是文化包含了像行为、目标、个人兴趣和自我主义等人们不愿公开讨论的问题。文化的整合对于任何并购的成功都是关键。文章在解释企业文化及文化差异、文化冲突对并购整合的影响的基础上,分析了文化整合的必要性、模式和机制及其与其它整合的关系,,对我国企业并购后的文化整合有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:Cultural differences are the most frequently mentioned causes of failures in the course of annexation and purchase,no matter before or after an annexed purchase transaction is finished.However,culture includes topics like behavior,objectives,personal interests and egoism which are not openly discussed by people.Cultural integration is crucial to the success of any annexed purchase.On the basis of an interpretation of the influence of corporate culture, cultural differences,cultural clashes in annexed purchase and integration,this paper analyses the necessity.mode and organism of integration and their relations to integration,which may be regarded as a reference for the cultural integration after an annexed purchase of a company in China.
