| 摘 要： | 从朴素式创新的起源与发展入手,以比亚迪公司为例,分析中小企业创新发展的模式和特征,构建中小企业朴素式创新的理论框架,在此基础上剖析中小企业实施朴素式创新的内在运行机理,研究中小企业朴素式创新的流程框架,提出促进中小企业朴素式创新的对策建议。

Research on the Moderate Innovation Model of SMEs in China from the Background of Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation |

| Abstract: | In the new era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the state encourages the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. At present, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises faces the problems of high cost of capital, land and other factors, and the difficulty in financing. The profitability is still weak. The task of transferring and adjusting the structure is very arduous, and it is necessary to seek a new concept of innovative development. Simplicity and innovation is an innovative paradigm that has emerged in recent years. It is characterized by creating more value with less investment to meet the needs of the public. This paper starts with the origin and development of plain innovation, takes BYD company as an example to analyze the innovation development mode and characteristics of SMEs, and constructs the theoretical framework of SMEs" simple innovation. On this basis, it analyzes the internal operation mechanism of SMEs" implementation of simple innovation. To build a process framework for simple and innovative innovation within SMEs. Finally, it proposes countermeasures to promote the simple innovation of SMEs. |
