| 摘 要： | 中国企业进入合作创新活跃期,创新伙伴邻近性和嵌入性特征能对创新绩效提升产生影响,但能否对提升创新效率产生影响成为大多企业所共同关注的问题。首先,利用随机前沿分析方法对华为技术有限公司2006 -2015年的创新效率进行了测度,然后基于嵌入性与邻近性视角,运用回归分析方法研究创新伙伴间地理邻近性、技术邻近性、组织邻近性和关系嵌入性对华为创新效率的影响。分析表明,创新伙伴间技术邻近、地理临近性与创新效率呈显著的正相关关系；组织邻近性对创新效率有一定的正向影响；关系嵌入性与创新效率不相关。

The Influence of Innovative Partner Features on Enterprise Innovation Efficiency from the Perspective of Proximity and Embeddability |

| Abstract: | Chinese enterprises have entered the active period of cooperative innovation,and the innovation partners" proximity and embeddablity can have an impact on the improvement of innovation performance. However, whether they can affect the efficiency of innovation has become a common concern of most enterprises. Firstly, the innovation efficiency of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd between 2006 and 2015 is measured by the Stochastic Frontier Analysis. Then, from the perspectives of proximity and embeddability , we explore the Influence of geographical proximity, technological proximity, organizational proximity and relational embeddability on the innovation efficiency of Huawei by regression analysis. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between technological proximity, geographical proximity and innovation efficiency among innovation partners;and organizational proximity has a positive effect on innovation efficiency to a certain degree; while the relationship embeddability is not related to the efficiency of innovation. |
