| 摘 要： | 近期发生的"中兴被制裁事件"引起了国内外广泛关注。从全球价值链重构视角探索该事件对中美高技术产业的影响,剖析中国高技术产业发展面临的困境;在此基础上,从提升国际分工地位、提高高技术专利强度、强化知识产权应用以及改善国际贸易地位等方面提出中国高技术产业价值链重构政策建议,旨在为中国高技术实现创新发展提供理论支持和决策参考。

A study on reconstruction of the global value chain in Chinese high-tech industries based on U.S. sanction against ZTE Corporation |

| Abstract: | The United States sanction against ZTE Corporation has recently caused widespread concern at home and abroad. This study explores the influence of the sanction on the Sino-US high-tech industries and the dilemma for Chinese high-tech industries from the perspective of global value chain reconstruction. On this basis, the study puts forward some suggestions for reconstruction of global value chain, including promoting the status of international division of labor, improving the strength of high-tech patents, intensifying the use of intellectual property rights as well as meliorating the status of international trade and so on, and hopes to provide theoretical supports and decision-making references for innovative development in Chinese high-tech industries. |
