| 摘 要： | 运用扎根理论的方法,考察创业意向向创业行为转化的影响因素与作用机理。研究发现,第一,关键生活事件、情感体验是创业意向向创业行为转化的重要因素;第二,积极情感体验对于创业意向向创业行为的转化起到催化作用;第三,消极情感体验对于创业意向向创业行为的转化起到唤醒作用。

Research on Entrepreneurial Intention to the Transformation Mechanism of Entrepreneurship |

| Abstract: | Research on entrepreneurial intention to the transformation mechanism of entrepreneurship, for explaining the "heart" rather than "action" of entrepreneurship phenomenon, and promoting entrepreneurship action is of great significance. This study applies the method of grounded theory to investigate the influence factors of entrepreneurial intention to entrepreneurial behavior and mechanism of action. The study found: First, key life events, emotional experience are important factors in business transformation intention to entrepreneurial behavior; second, positive emotional experience for entrepreneurial intention to play a catalytic conversion of entrepreneurial behavior; third, the negative emotional experience plays a wake-up role for the entrepreneur intention conversion to entrepreneurial behavior. |
