摘    要:生态安全是“十九大”提出的建设美丽中国目标的重要保障。因此,加强生态安全研究已刻不容缓。本文结合离子型稀土矿区开采特点和生态环境现状,建立了PSR(压力-状态-响应)框架模型的离子型稀土矿区生态安全评价指标体系,并应用熵值法确定指标权重,分析评价2011-2016年赣州某稀土矿区的生态安全状况。评价结果表明,该稀土矿区的生态安全指数整体呈现上升趋势,说明矿区的生态安全状况正逐步好转,但总体上该区域的生态安全状况未达到理想安全状态。

Ecological Security Assessment of Ion Adsorption Rae-earth Mining Area by PSR Model
Abstract:Ecological security is an important guarantee for the goal of building a beautiful China proposed by the 19<sub>th</sub> National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Therefore, it is pressing to strengthen ecological security. This combination of ion adsorption rae-earth mining area characteristics and status of the mining area ecological environment, established the index system of econogical security assessment based on the PSR (pressure-state-response) model. The weight of index was determined based on entropy method. Taking Ganzhou a ion adsorption rae-earth mining area as an example, the paper analyzed the econogical security status of the mining area from 2011 to 2016. The evaluation results showed that the ecological safety index of the rare-earth mining area showed an overall upward trend, indicating that the ecological security situation of the mining area is improving gradually, but overall, the ecological safety status of the area has not reached the ideal safety state.
