Research Review of Theory on China Innovation Relay Center |

| Abstract: | The appearance and development of Innovation Relay Center (IRC) promote not only the efficient transfer of technology but also the implementation and improvement of China"s innovation system. From the background and significance, mode of construction, mode of operation, security, performance evaluation and promotion of IRC, this paper combs and reviews the research of China"s Innovation Relay Centre that has achieved a lot of success, raising some shortcomings and countermeasures. The aim is to provide some suggestions for the peer research and references for the related decisions of governments and enterprises. |
